Tiger Woods gives me a headache...and the Jazz only score 6 in the final quarter?

I never thought I would be telling the world of my annoyance with Tiger Woods -- but here I am telling the world how annoying Tiger Woods and his stupid debacle has become. I'm tired of it. I think most of us are. I'm sick of finding out more and more about how the most popular athlete on the planet destroyed a family and broke the hearts of millions, maybe billions. I cannot recall the last time such a famous figure fell so hard, so fast.

I don't feel bad -- not in the least bit. In fact-- I'm angry. I'm angry at Tiger for ever sleeping with any one of those 42 women and, by doing so, allowing his personal life to become public. I'm angry at Tiger for ever allowing his name and "TMZ" to be uttered in the same sentence. I could care less about what happens behind Tiger Woods' closed doors. I only care about the player who I see wearing red on Sundays. I only care about the player who ever got me to follow an entire tournament, let alone a final Sunday. Tiger, fix your life and come back to us, please. Without you, golf is nearly pointless. Without you, we don't have that amazing Gatorade.

How about them Dodgers? -- or how about what they're not doing? The Yankees made it official today -- they acquired outfielder Curtis Granderson in a 3-team trade. The Dodgers? They...um...uh...not so much?

It's ridiculous to me that the Yankees' biggest offseason problem was whether they would be able to complete the deal to get Granderson, who batted .249 with 30 homers in 2009.

The Dodgers? Well, they have Man-Ram coming back next year! Great.

They don't even have to look as far as New York to take a page out of the book for great offseason pick ups -- they can look down the street to Staples Center, home of the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers lost a great overall player in Trevor Ariza during the offseason and acquired Ron Artest. You see Ned Colletti, it's not that difficult. I know it's not the beautiful city, beaches, and weather stopping players from making the move out west. Is it you?

Apologies tonight for Jerry Jones. Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather would rather fight in Vegas. Better luck next time Jerry.

In local College Football news, the USC Trojans (8-4) have accepted an invitation to play Boston College (8-4) in the Emerald Bowl, held yearly at AT&T Park in San Francisco. The game is scheduled for 5pm PT on December 26th and will be televised nationally by ESPN.

*Note: It's still unknown whether USC will actually play with all 11 men on defense, as they've played without linebackers all season long.

UCLA is still awaiting their chance to play in a bowl. If Army loses to Navy this weekend, then UCLA will face Temple in the EagleBank bowl on December 29th in Washington, D.C. What's important here is that we recognize the fact that Temple has a football team.

The Utah Jazz, in their beautiful green jerseys, managed to gain only 6 points in the 4th quarter tonight against the Lakers. The game was close through the first 3 quarters -- Utah even led at the half 52-48.

*Note: The Utah Jazz are apart of the National Basketball Association and do employ professional athletes.

I agree man. All these teams are grabbing people left and right and we can't add? We're the Dodgers. What's not to love about playing for them?
